The Headteacher is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of Liberty School, including the operational running of the school, safeguarding, pupil welfare and statutory responsibilities.
The Headteacher works closely with the proprietors, who are the Directors of Liberty School Ltd, to support the strategic direction, educational vision and continued development of the school.
Together, the Headteacher and proprietors ensure that Liberty School remains safe, well-led and focused on delivering its vision of Freedom to Learn a Different Way.
